• Large format printing up to 56"
• Foil stamping and embossing
• Die-cutting and gluing: We have sophisticated capabilities to produce unusual shapes automatically to help your product stand out at retail.
• Various coating abilities: We can use silk screen UV, spot, glitter, reticulating, high rise UV, soft touch, aqueous, and in-line and off-line UV, gloss, satin, and matte.
• Printing on 10 pt. to 40 pt. paperboard: Printing on various weight papers, including N-flute, allows great flexibility in providing you the texture that is appropriate for your package.
• Laser Numbering: Do you need each carton to have a different secret code, product serial number, or prize number? Laser numbers allow you to customize each package.
• Source Tagging: Some retailers require a security tag or product tracking. Bert-Co offers in-line tag application for both check point and sensormatic tags.
• Rigid and Standard Windowing: This option protects product while still being able to see it. Able to apply multiple windowing.
• Plastics: Ability to print, foil stamp, and glue on APET, Polypropylene, and PVC.

• Design team: Dedicated specialty products and structural design team.
• In-house ink room: This allows matching of colors and chemistry.
• In-house die making: Producing dies onsite allows Bert-Co to decrease both cost and production time.
• In-house sheeter: Cutting paperboard from a roll in-house allows us to control the excess paperboard and reduce the lead-time for your completed project.
• Large inventory of substrates: Because Bert-Co understands that your products need to be completed promptly, we inventory quarterly of substrates including metalized polyester.
• Seven and Eight color presses: This allows you to add multiple spot colors to your piece, providing greater visual appeal.

• Allied sources in China: Sometimes a combination of onsite and outsourcing printing overseas is the most cost effective solution, but if a buyer doesn't have sources overseas, this transaction can be very complicated. Bert-Co removes the complication and simplifies it for you, so that you end with a completed product in an efficient manner.
